About Me
I was born in the UK, but I grew up in Malaysia. My interest in therapy developed when I wanted to discover if it was plausible to stop repeating patterns from the past. I was also curious to find out if it might be possible to help ourselves to resolve our own issues before they become more entrenched.
On my journey to becoming a therapist, I studied extensively in the US and the UK, attending Regent’s University. London and I received CBT training at the Beck Institute and at the Academy of Cognitive Therapists in the US. I also studied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. I am also an accredited Sex and Relationship therapist.
Since then, I have continued to develop my practice through regular training to ensure that I offer you the most up-to-date and effective therapy to help you through your difficulties.
